STAGE 1:
This phase involves a thorough evaluation of the client’s Management System documentation alongside an on-site review of specific operational conditions, processes, and equipment. During this period, we identify all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements while gathering essential data to define the system’s scope. Ultimately, we provide formal feedback on critical issues that could trigger non-conformities, ensuring all gaps are addressed to prevent the postponement or cancellation of the upcoming Stage 2 audit.
STAGE 2:
This phase evaluates the overall effectiveness of the Management System by verifying comprehensive evidence of conformity across all requirements. We conduct rigorous performance monitoring and reporting against established targets and legal compliance, while scrutinizing operational controls, internal audits, and management reviews. Additionally, the audit confirms management’s responsibility and adherence to corporate policies and procedures to ensure the system’s long-term sustainability.
